Film must be submitted as online screener or DVD copy of the work for preview, formatted for multi-zone or for Zone 1 (North America). Tel Aviv SPIRIT Film Festival is a forum for filmmakers who create films with themes that inspire transformation and personal growth, promote positive global activism and create environmental awareness. It is our goal to create a dialogue about the global issues that impact us all and to amplify the voices of those who need to be heard.
All films submitted are required to explore their particular theme in spirituality with intellectual honesty, respect and in a constructive manner that does not attack or degrade the belief system of any other spiritual tradition or institution. We welcome films in every genre and format, short, documentary, art, animation and features to be eligible for consideration.
Non-English language works must have English subtitles
Entry materials will not be returned
Festival programmers select and invite all films presented at the 2018 Festival, with premieres given priority. Invited filmmakers will be notified (by email & via WAB information in the submitted entry form) Sept 15 , 2018. Most updates and correspondence will be sent via email. Make sure to update us with any changes in your info prior to the 2018 Festival

We recommend shipment via courier in order to permit the tracking of your entry once it leaves your hands.

Instruction for shipping:
° Preview Format: DVD (NTSC Region 1-video format )or online screener only.
° Label DVD and box with title and withoutabox number if applicable.
° Loss and Damage: while every precaution will be taken to safeguard all materials submitted, SFF cannot accept or assume responsibility in the event of loss or damage en route or otherwise.
° All submitted materials become the property of the SFF and won't be returned without a SASE.
If your work is selected, you will be responsible for delivery of the exhibition format of the film prefer a DCP or BETA ( HD,SX,SP, DIGI ) without any subtitles on the copy if possible to the Shipping Address (above) by the designated date.
Exhibition format will be subtitle to Hebrew. We prefer to receive a clear DCP copy (without any subtitle on it ) and transcript of the film dialog.
The Festival will arrange and cover the cost of the return shipping of your print or video after the conclusion of the Festival with diplomatic shipping only. We recommend shipment via courier in order to permit the tracking of your entry once it leaves your hands. Please ship DVD's properly and securely packaged.
DO NOT SEND IN FIBER-PADDED EVELOPES AS THEY MAY DAMAGE DVD
We will return or forward the return BETA copies with diplomatic shipping only. All other shipping must be paid by the filmmaker.
The Hebrew translated Beta will not to be mailed out.
